Project Description

Construction of the new bridge for the St. Lawrence with six lanes and accommodation for a Light Rail Transit (LRT), construction of a new Ile des Soeurs Bridge and highway, reconstruction and widening of Autoroute 15 and surface operation and maintenance of the Clement Bridge and Bonaventure Expressway.
