Magnitvde’s mission is to transform the infrastructure sector by helping the public and private sectors successfully deliver DB and PPP projects in North America.

The huge infrastructure pipeline in the United States and Canada requires a major change in how public authorities and private companies plan and deliver design and construction. With some of the most complex and technically challenging projects now underway, the industry is under more pressure and competition to deliver.

There is a massive opportunity to upgrade the much-needed infrastructure networks, and to do things differently. With Design-Build (DB) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models relatively new in North America, most engineering firms, contractors, and developers are not familiar with the design and construction integration process as they face important challenges.

Combined with the geographic nature of infrastructure programs, decision makers in most states need to embrace this model and think creatively to ensure that they can deliver projects in a way that provides value for money.
