Project Description

The proposed SR 400 Express Lanes project will construct express lanes on an approximately 16-mile section of SR 400 from the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) North Springs Station (Exit 5C) in Fulton County to approximately 0.9 miles north of McFarland Parkway (Exit 12) in Forsyth County.

Magnitvde Role

Magnitvde’s main goal for this assignment is to assist Georgia Express Link Partners on preparing the Request for Proposal (RFP) technical proposal due on August 2023.

The main activities included the drafting and review of the technical write ups part of the technical proposal emphasizing on the most critical design and construction disciplines of the project, and advising the developer and contractor on understanding the costs of the technical proposal commitments.

Magnitvde is also assisting the proposals team adding value to the content with graphics, maps, figures and creative designs to improve the overall image of the technical proposal.
