Managing DB and PPP projects involves monitoring and enforcing the contract requirements; and managing the relationship between the public and private partners.

The Contract Management stage spans the lifetime of the DB or PPP agreement from the effective date of the contract to the end of the contract period. Magnitvde offers the following Contract Management services to ensure all parties meet the whole-life expectations of the contract:

• Assist developers and contractors in the preparation of claims from a technical standpoint.

• Ensure Contract Compliance of the Detailed Design by managing design consultants and complying with the design standards and contract documents.

• Ensure that the Change Management process is properly implemented, and that relevant records (i.e. design correspondence, Relief Events technical documentation) are produced and sent to owners to facilitate a resolution of the requested Changes to the project.

• Produce project documentation such as Change Proposals, design consultants’ Change Orders, Design Change Requests and Preliminary/Final Change Estimates as part of the ongoing Change Management process.

• Participate in Change Management meetings such as Weekly Change Management meetings, Weekly Executive meetings and Change Directive meetings during the project execution.
